Samantha Nguyen says:

“My love of food goes back a long way. It starts with my earliest memories of cooking with Mum. Growing up in an Asian family, it was all about creating a balance of flavour and cooking food from the heart.
For me, running Lettuce Eat Catering means creating memorable experiences for people through quality ingredients, attention to detail and excellent customer service. It allows me to express myself and connect to others.
I aim to delight your guests and staff with quality delectable catering that will arrive fresh and on time.”
